Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of CNA or Health Support Professional program preferred.
• Two years in a bachelor's program or one year in an ADN program preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and clinically relevant information is communicated at handoffs and other times as needed.
• Provide safe and effective patient care under supervision of licensed nurse.
• Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain real-time documentation of patient care provided.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality; follow safety guidelines.
