Job summary

Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Virginia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Medical Step-Down unit. The RN provides high-quality care in a small CMSU setting with close monitoring and cardiac interventions. You will collaborate across units, assess patient needs, implement care plans, and maintain a safe environment.

The role requires 1 year of RN experience, Virginia RN licensure, and ACLS within 6 months. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or as required before direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in Progressive Care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
