Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for the Cardiovascular Medicine Stepdown Unit to provide high-acuity, specialized cardiac care alongside a success coach.

You will participate in a residency core curriculum, establish patient care priorities, respond to risk signals, seek supervision when needed, and document in medical records, building advanced cardiac skills in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) is required.
• New grad or less than one year RN work experience is required.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required; BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred within the first year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
