Job summary

Novant Health in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Cardiovascular Registered Nurse for the night shift at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. This is a full-time 0.9 FTE position with a 12-Hour Day Shift, 7a-7p.

The RN will lead the care team, collaborate with physicians, assess and implement an individualized plan of care, and support patients and families throughout their health journey. The unit emphasizes growth and transition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the care team for cardiovascular patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and family to support the patient’s health journey.
