Job summary

Novant Health's New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC seeks an experienced RN for the NICU on a full-time night shift. Join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to provide compassionate care and partner with families.

You will collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, therapists, and the care team to develop individualized plans, deliver evidence-based nursing care, and uphold high-quality standards in a fast-paced neonatal setting.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in the state
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• One year of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with NICU patients and families
• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, and the care team to develop care plans
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and monitor patient progress
• Use clinical judgment to assess needs, coordinate care in a fast-paced neonatal setting
• Take ownership of patient care and adhere to policies and standards
