Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves managing complex cardiac and medical-surgical patients in a 24-bed CCSD with 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and extensive telemetry support.

Join a team with rotating shifts (7a-7p / 7p-7a), rotating weekends/holidays, and a bi-weekly 72-hour schedule. Eligible RNs may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000; new grads qualify for $5,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and eligible for Ohio RN licensure.
• Current RN license in the State of Ohio and BLS certification; ACLS preferred or obtained within 6 months.
• Experience in critical care or step-down settings is desirable.
