Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements professional nursing care for patients.
• Assesses patient care needs using assessment information.
• Administers medications as ordered by physician.
• Establishes collaborative interdisciplinary relationships with health system staff.
• Monitors quality of care based on outcome indicators.
• Actively participates in cost containment and accurate charging for patient services.
• Functions as charge nurse as assigned.
