Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Seattle is seeking a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to perform ultrasound evaluations as part of the Cardiology team in an outpatient setting.

The role requires completing scheduling, documentation, and assisting cardiologists in TEES procedures; requires ARDMS/ACR credentials and BLS; minimum two years healthcare experience; education options as stated.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound OR twelve (12) months of full-time work experience performing clinical echocardiographies.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Certificate required at hire OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer Certificate required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire

Responsibilities

• Obtain ultrasonic signals from the heart and great arteries with two dimensional image and/or Doppler ultrasonic signal documentation.
