Job summary

MaineHealth in North Conway, NH, is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join a small two-technologist team. The position features a 4x10-hour schedule (Mon and Fri 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) with rotating shifts on Tue/Wed/Thu, offering a sign-on bonus and relocation options for approved offers.

Ideal candidates are ARDMS/CCI certified with at least one year of cardiac ultrasound experience and BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Sonography or equivalent.
• ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum one year of Cardiac ultrasound experience.
• Performs TEE and/or stress Echocardiograms.

Responsibilities

• Perform TEE and/or stress echocardiograms.
• Support a steady, collaborative workflow with two technologists.
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts with Mon/Fri 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Summary

This position is scheduled 4x10-hour shifts, with Mondays and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and the remaining two shifts rotating between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (also 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.).

Located in North Conway, New Hampshire, this role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant mountain community known for its outdoor recreation and small‑town charm.

The team completes approximately 45 exams per week, shared between two technologists, supporting a steady, collaborative workflow in a supportive environment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate of an approved School of Sonography or equivalent combination of training and experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
• License/Certifications: ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography required. BLS certification required, or must be obtained within 30 days of start date..
• Experience: Minimum one year of Cardiac ultrasound experience required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Performs TEE and/or stress Echocardiograms.

The pay range for this position is $40.06to $54.20 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
