Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Sonography, Radiology or a related field within 3 months of hire.
• Completion of a twelve (12) month ultrasound program within 3 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrates competence in pre- and post-procedure patient care including CPR.
• Operates and maintains ultrasound equipment and performs quality assurance checks.
• Generates and interprets advanced cardiac ultrasound studies with various modalities.
• Performs vascular studies and real-time readings in the OR.
• Provides care for NICU and pediatric patients.
• Trains staff and serves as a resource to Cardiovascular Sonographers.
• Manages data and reports for charge entry and storage.
• Prepares procedure rooms and equipment for daily use.
