Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in cardiac or vascular sonography in a hospital setting.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification required.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer sound patient care practices per hospital policies.
• Assist physicians in examinations and maintain safety of patients.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance for quality imaging.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school/program of diagnostic medical sonography

Five years of specialized training in a hospital/healthcare setting
