Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health in Nashua, NH is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer for per diem day shifts in our Cardiology Department. You will perform comprehensive echocardiography tests following physician orders and hospital protocols, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.

The role requires active NH licensure and CPR certification; RDCS eligibility is preferred. Minimum two years of echocardiography experience strengthens your application, and you will collaborate with physicians,

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Allied Health Program.
• Current RDCS credential preferred; eligibility for RDCS Boards required within 1 year.
• State of New Hampshire licensure in Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy is required.
• Pediatric/neonatal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of cardiac sonography within policy and guidelines.
• Coordinates with physicians, nurses, and staff to schedule and provide testing.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with patient transports as needed.
