Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Short-Stay unit at Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati. You will assess patient status, collaborate with the care team, and implement clinical nursing interventions to support positive outcomes.

The role requires a strong nursing foundation, teamwork, and the ability to develop and execute patient care plans in a fast-paced environment. A BSN is preferred; licensure as an RN is required.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure or RN applicant
• BLS - American Heart Association (preferred at hire, must obtain before patient care)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and monitor patient status
• Update and revise care plans to achieve expected outcomes
• Administer medications safely per Mercy Health policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
