Providence Health and Services seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the IHI Cardiac Service Line clinical and operational management, ensuring high-quality care across the Cardiology Clinic and outreach sites. You will oversee staff, workflows, and policy implementation to promote best practices and patient satisfaction.

The role requires a Nursing degree, Montana RN license, BLS within 30 days, and 3 years of nursing experience in relevant units, plus 1 year in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Montana Registered Nurse License required on hire.
• Within 30 days of hire: BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of nursing experience in a cardiac/critical care or related unit.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 1 year of demonstrating knowledge of quality outcome measures and applying indicators to bedside practice.
