Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse – Unit Coordinator for the Advanced Heart Failure Specialty Unit. You will provide clinical leadership, guide staff development, and drive improvements in patient care, safety, and quality.

Under the department manager, you will lead safety initiatives, evaluate workflows, and support a collaborative team focused on compassionate, high-quality cardiac care for complex patients.

Formación

• BSN or MSN required.
• Virginia RN license or eligibility via compact/multistate license.
• BLS within 90 days of hire for all direct-care RNs.
• ACLS within one year of hire for Critical Care/IMCU.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety and quality initiatives that support excellent patient outcomes.
• Evaluate and simplify workflows to support efficient delivery of nursing care.
• Contribute to staff development and support a collaborative team environment.
• Promote staff satisfaction and excellent, Gold Standard customer service.
