Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Registered Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred; MSN preferred.
• Virginia RN license or Compact/Multi-State eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timelines.
• New graduate nurses welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using critical thinking and nursing process.
• Maintain professional standards including ethics, cultural congruence, communication, and teamwork.
• Care for 3-4 patients per assignment based on patient acuity.
