Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, VA, is hiring an Advanced Heart Failure Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 24-bed specialty unit. The role supports patients with complex cardiac conditions, including LVAD/bi-ventricular devices, with a focus on high-quality, team-based care.

Night shifts are available and new graduates are welcome to apply. Competitive hourly pay ($36–$61.01) with up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates; comprehensive benefits and transition-to-practice support

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Registered Nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
