Qualifications

• BSN required, or MSN as alternative.
• Virginia RN license with compact/multi-state eligibility.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for delivery of nursing care in the department.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and improve workflow.
• Mentor and support staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Collaborate with the unit manager to oversee patient assignments and operations.
