Baptist Health Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Cardiac Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts. Administers patient care in acute care settings, supports patient/family advocacy, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications include graduating from an approved nursing program, Alabama RN license (or eNLC), and current BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required. Benefits start on day one and tuition assistance is available.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required for certain areas.
• NRP is required for Neonatal Intensive care Unit (NICU).

• Assesses patient’s needs and develops/ revises an individualized plan of care.

• Functions as a patient and family advocate.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Coordinates the care and delegates as appropriate to other team members on a defined group of patients.
• Documents patient care meeting required and regulatory standards.
