Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Cardiac Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts at Princeton Hospital. The RN will administer patient care in acute settings, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking are essential. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program, Alabama RN license (or eNLC), and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be needed for certain areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Advocate for patients and families while ensuring safety and quality.
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Demonstrate competency in nursing skills and unit equipment.
