Qualifications

• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, TNCC as required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership and medical staff.
• Document care and ensure patient safety.
• Attend staff development and participate in committees.
