Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking an experienced cardiac RN for part-time night shifts in Princeton, New Jersey. The role focuses on administering patient care in acute settings, coordinating plans with the care team, and advocating for patients and families.

Qualified candidates will have nursing licensure and current BLS; advanced certifications such as ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC are required for some units. Benefits start on day one and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
• NRP required for Neonatal Intensive care Unit (NICU)

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care based on patient needs and responses.
• Functions as a patient and family advocate.
• Collaborates with the medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage the unit/department.
• Coordinates care and delegates tasks to team members as appropriate.
• Documents patient care meeting required and regulatory standards.
• Maintains patient safety and quality of care in accordance with standards.
