Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Coordinator RN – CV (ASC) to provide advanced perioperative leadership for cardiovascular procedures within an ambulatory surgery center. You will guide perioperative teams, ensure evidence-based nursing practices, and uphold safety protocols for sedation and radiation during cardiology, EP, and cath lab services.

The role requires active Texas RN licensure, BLS & ACLS, and 5+ years of recent RN experience in cardiac cath labs or related interventional

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or multistate license.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required.
• 5+ years RN experience in cardiac cath labs, interventional cardiology, EP, hybrid OR, or interventional radiology.

Job description

Join a leading healthcare organization as a Coordinator RN – CV (ASC), responsible for providing advanced perioperative leadership for cardiovascular procedures including cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac catheterization services within an ambulatory surgery center.

Key responsibilities include ensuring evidence-based nursing practices, safety protocols for moderate sedation and radiation, equipment readiness, and designing multidisciplinary workflows in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, active Texas RN license or multistate license, BLS & ACLS certification, and competency in moderate sedation administration/monitoring. Must have 5+ years recent RN experience in cardiac cath labs, interventional cardiology, EP, hybrid OR, or interventional radiology, with skills in hemodynamic monitoring, rhythm recognition, sterile technique, and emergency response. Strong interdisciplinary communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience in ASC settings or cath lab program development.
