Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center – Janesville, WI is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Monitor Technician for the Critical Specialty Care Unit. The role is a full-time night shift (36 hours per week) that monitors patient heart rhythms, identifies abnormalities, and supports nursing staff.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, telemetry coursework, and on-the-job training. Responsibilities include documenting data, notifying RNs of variances, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Unit Clerk course or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Successful completion of the Mercy Health System telemetry course.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patients' heart rhythms and identifies abnormalities.
• Maintains medical records and processes patient orders.
• Provides shift reports and supports nursing staff.
• Completes required documentation and updates patient records.
• Triages tele services and communicates variances to the RN.
