Job summary

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, including checks, interrogations, implant support, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain patient documentation, inventory, and equipment management, and programmer software maintenance.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field partners on CRM products and therapies.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
