Job summary

Alomere Health is seeking a part-time Cardiac Rehab staff member to support daily operations of the Cardiopulmonary Rehab program. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care and adherence to regulations, working with the Cardiac Rehab Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associates Degree in Exercise Science or RN with ADN/BSN is required.
• ACLS preferred (within 3 months of hire).
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation and exercise physiology is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify cardiac risk factors.
• Assist with development and prepare exercise prescriptions and treatment plans with Physician collaboration.
• Collect outcome data and report results.
• Lead patients in strength training and warm-up exercises; guide progression.
• Provide education on cardiac risk factors and participate in meetings/trainings.
