Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular rehabilitation services.
• Knowledge of age-specific growth and development principles.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial patient interview and assessment for cardiac or pulmonary rehab.
• Manages and monitors patient progress; documents data and updates the plan of care.
• Develops safe, personalized exercise prescriptions for diverse patients with comorbidities.
• Counsels patients on test results, home exercise programs, and risk factors.
• Supports program development, wellness initiatives, and policy implementation.
