Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Exercise Physiologist for a full-time day shift to coordinate and deliver Phase I and II outpatient cardiac rehab programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.
• Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients.
• Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.
