Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Exercise Physiologist for outpatient cardiac rehab. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II rehab programs.

You will work with patients to identify and modify coronary risk factors and provide ongoing self-management education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.
• Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• 1 year Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, develop and evaluate Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients.
• Assist with patient identification and modification of coronary risk factors.
• Provide ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.
