Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science required.
• Cardiac meds, arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle education needed.
• National Provider BLS certification at hire.
• At least 1 year of Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, develop and evaluate Phase I/II exercise programs for outpatients.
• Identify coronary risk factors and provide self-management education.
• Support patients and families in ongoing care and lifestyle changes.
