Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Cardiac Rehab Exercise Physiologist in Smyrna, GA. You will provide age appropriate, patient-specific care addressing biological, emotional, and physical fitness needs, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure access to the full continuum of care.

You will develop individualized care plans, prescribe exercise, and educate patients and families. Strong communication, confidentiality, and adherence to AACVPR/ACSM guidelines are essential

Competenze

• Experience with cardiac populations including geriatric and diabetic patients.
• Knowledge of coronary heart disease, cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology, ECG.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and professionally.

Mansioni

• Assess patient risk factors and support therapeutic lifestyle changes.
• Develop and adjust exercise prescriptions with patients.
• Lead education sessions and group activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and related systems.
