IHA in Fresno, CA is looking for a full-time Radiologic Technologist for the Cath Lab to perform invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as well as routine radiographic work. You will support physicians and provide patient care during procedures in a 12 hour day shift.
Required are a two-year Radiology Technology program, CA CRT with fluoroscopy permit, current BLS, and familiarity with basic arrhythmia recognition. One year of experience preferred.
Reporting to the Lead Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist, Cath Lab, this position is responsible for performing a wide variety of specialized invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that assist in the diagnosis, management and treatment of cardiovascular disease. The incumbent is also responsible for performing routine and specialized radiographic procedures and providing patient care and physician assistance during the performance of those procedures.
