Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Nurse Manager for the 5 West Cardiac Progressive Care unit in Jefferson Hills. The role provides clinical and administrative leadership, guiding daily operations, staffing, and patient care excellence in a high-acuity cardiac unit.

The incumbent leads quality, safety, and regulatory compliance efforts, fosters professional development, and collaborates with the Nurse Manager and leadership teams to advance the network’s mission and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills.
• Experience with quality and safety initiatives a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the patient care department.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and department goals.
• Develop and monitor unit budgets and staffing plans.
