Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver care in the assigned unit.
• Analyzes medical history and results to develop care plans.

• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluates patient responses and identifies additional interventions.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
