Cone Health in Burlington, NC seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under supervision, coordinating care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree in Nursing, at least 1 year of RN experience, NC or Compact licensure, and BLS certification; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is an on-site role within a supportive hospital system.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required
• RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state is required
• BLS (CPR) certification is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred

Responsabilités

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure direct, proper care.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and adjusts care as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
