Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an Assistant Manager - Nursing for Cardiac Progressive Care to provide clinical and operational leadership under the Nursing Director. Lead hands-on unit presence, coordinate patient care and workforce actions to meet organizational goals.

The role requires a NM or compact-state RN license, BSN, and at least one year of clinical experience; specialty certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure in NM or compact state required.
• BSN required.
• Specialty certification in area of practice and/or management preferred.
• One year experience in clinical area.
• Detailed nursing knowledge, standards-based practice and shared governance; understanding HR, operational budget and financial resources.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for designated unit(s).
• Coordinate planning and staffing with the Nursing Director and Unit Manager to ensure quality patient care and organizational outcomes.
