Jersey City Medical Center, part of RWJBarnabas Health, seeks an RN for the Cardiac Post CTICU on day shift. 35.3 hours weekly, performing care in a fast-paced, critical environment with state-of-the-art facilities.

The role requires NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS within 6 months, and TCAR/TCCC certifications. The position offers competitive hourly pay in New Jersey and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the health care system within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members and collaborate with other patient care providers.
