Job summary

Yale New Haven Health seeks a certified cardiopulmonary perfusionist to support intraoperative and ECMO cases in our Connecticut facilities. The role requires expertise in perfusion management, ECMO and CPB techniques, and critical thinking under pressure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited cardiopulmonary perfusion program with a master's or bachelor's degree.
• ABCP certification or eligibility.
• Connecticut state perfusion license within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for cardiac and non-cardiac procedures.
• Monitors perfusion parameters and patient status during procedures.
• Maintains CCP status through meetings, inservices and publications.
• Works well as a team member, lending assistance when needed.
