Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is actively seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac PCU during the night shift. This full-time role emphasizes delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while coordinating a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold Maryland RN licensure (or multi-state Compact), a current BLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required (AHA) before hire date or transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from Maryland Board of Nursing or multi-state Compact State recognition before hire date or transfer date.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire.
• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care with highest safety standards.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor, interpret, and document patient conditions in real time.
• Initiate and manage comprehensive discharge plans for safe transitions home.
