Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac PCU. This full-time day shift position includes responsibilities for patient assessment, planning and coordination of care, with the potential for a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Qualified candidates have an ADN or higher, with 1–2 years of Cardiac and telemetry experience preferred, BLS certification, and nursing licensure. Diploma nurses with 5+ years of progressive care are considered.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in nursing is required or accepted.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to patients with medical or surgical conditions.
• Uphold the hospital mission and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and care plans.
• Engage with physicians and other hospital departments to coordinate care.
• Act as patient advocate and participate in unit activities and meetings.
