Responsibilities

• Provide care for medical/surgical and cardiac patients using the nursing process.
• Uphold hospital mission and coordinate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to coordinate care.
• Advocate for patients and participate in unit activities.
