Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced RN to lead the CVPCU team on the Evening Shift. You will mentor staff, manage patient access and flow, and direct nursing operations to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Minimum requirements include Maryland RN licensure and a BLS provider credential, with at least one year of relevant experience; two years of acute care RN experience in Cardiac Step-down or ICU preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Maryland RN license required prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily patient access and flow to guarantee that every individual receives timely, high-quality care tailored to their specific needs.
