Job summary

The CVOR Tech position in Hazard, KY with Soliant Health offers a critical role in cardiovascular operating room support. Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist, CVOR preferred.
• Recent CVOR experience required or preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation for CVOR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and supplies for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses before, during, and after operations.
• Monitor sterile field and adhere to infection control standards.
• Anticipate team needs during procedures and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
• Assist with setup and operation of specialized surgical equipment.
• Participate in OR turnover and quality improvement efforts.
