Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• BSN degree preferred.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Works in coordination with the care team to monitor patient status and modify care as needed.
• Mentors colleagues and participates in governance and professional development.
