The specific patient population may include infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

The RN demonstrates the care skills delineated in their specific unit nurse competency verification tool.

• Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention skills in all interactions and delivery of nursing care.
  • Safety and protection; assessment; intervention skills; evaluation; and equipment use/management.
• Communicates with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Talks with, listens to patients/team members; reports pertinent, concise information; complete, timely charting; computer charting/ordering; protects the confidentiality of patient/colleagues
• Applies critical thinking skills and considers alternatives.
  • Organizes a multitasking workload; prioritizes tasks/work; seeks assistance; collects/integrates data from multiple sources; organizes/delivers care for multiple patient assignments.

An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Valid RN License in the state of New Hampshire
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing: minimum BSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS
• Minimum of 3 years working as an OR Circulator or will send to Periop 101 for the right candidate.

Compensation:

Minimum: $36.50

Maximum: $51.38
