Oviedo Medical Center is seeking an RN Cardiac Neuro Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with state standards. You will collaborate with care teams, document care in the medical record, and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards.
• Collaborate with providers to document care and administer therapies.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
