Qualifications

• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
