TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate care for patients, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and support families. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year med/surg experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Pursue and complete Med-Surg certification within 1 year from date of hire.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurse isresponsible forcollaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limited to: assessmentsand reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.

• You will be performing patient rounding in an effort to maximize patient satisfaction and quality standards.
• You will demonstrate knowledgeof human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served as per Scope of Service.
• You will promote customer service initiatives.
• You are given the opportunity toutilize nursing processfor individual care to meet needs ofpatients.
• In thisroleyou willdemonstrateyour ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
