• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN license currently active; state licensure or compact licensure accepted.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred depending on unit needs.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor effects safely.
• Strong communication with interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Maintain infection control standards and safe patient environment.
