Geisinger is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for a night shift with a hiring incentive up to $23,500 for eligible candidates. The role offers a minimum base rate of $40.55 per hour with increased rates for experienced nurses and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure in the state where employed.
• Cardiac Experience preferred; willingness to learn in a Cardiac/Thoracic/Vascular unit.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policy.
• Complete assessments per scope of practice and unit standards; address patient and family needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
